Sunday School

An early church father Augustine (AD-354) whom the Lord used to shape Christian Church in its beginning period said, “Belief precedes understanding”. In other words, seeds of faith need to be sowed in a child before it becomes an ‘inquiring faith’ in the latter years of his/her growth. As a church, we believe in the strategic value of sowing those seeds of faith in Christ among young minds. John 1:1 & 14, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God… and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us….” According to the Bible, Jesus is God’s ultimate act of speech. The authors of His written word inspired by Holy Spirit convey us that Bible is more than just an interpretation of ideas and information, but rather about the very nature of God in Christ. Therefore, the goal of IPC Hebron Sunday school is to present that very person of God- Jesus Christ and His transforming power to inquiring minds through the presentation of His written word- The Bible.
